During our free coaching sessions, we provide emotional support, along with practical guidance and tools to help you get through the pandemic while feeling more calm and grounded.

In this time of uncertainty during the COVID-19 crisis, people are feeling more anxiety, stress, and overwhelm all over the world. There have been significant impacts to the way people live & work.
People are worried about their health, their job security, the well-being of loved ones, and the economy in general, while needing to stay isolated for a longer period of time.
Now more than ever, it’s a time to connect and support each other. That’s why we created Support Haven. We want to offer you someone to talk to, because we are all in this together.
Over 100 coaches strong.
We are a global community of over 100 life coaches who are each volunteering two hours of pro bono coaching per week for this initiative.
Our coaches have trained with or are enrolled at Animas, one of the best Transformational Life Coaching schools globally.
We are equipped to support people through changes, transformation, and difficult situations. We come from many different corners of the world, united by our desire to help.

We offer free online coaching sessions (1:1 or group) to anyone feeling challenged by COVID-19. You can book directly with a coach who matches your needs.
The coach and you will then meet for at least one session, and together you can discuss the length of support.
